Raw spaghetti & “meat balls”

The raw “meat balls” look eerily like normal chicken meat balls I used to gobble up. They look like they are ready to be popped into a hotpot or grill….

Over a bed of zucchini pasta, I poured a light marinara sauce:

2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup soaked sundried tomatoes
1 tbs shoyu
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 jalapeno
1 date
Sprinkle of black pepper

I really like this marinara recipe as it doesn’t have garlic or onion in it which makes it easy on the palate.

Well, I suppose you could but it’ll taste nutty and savory and not meaty if you know what i mean :)
