Huge salad with raw raspberry dressing
I was ravenous so I made a huge salad with one avocado, 4 stalks of spinach, five white mushrooms and three large cherry tomatoes.
Raspberry dressing:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 clove garlic
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
10 shakes of sea salt
Sprinkle of black pepper
I am not very good at styling salad with dressing and refrain from taking pictures of messy ensembles. But the cute pink hue proved too irresistible. Have fun with your food, I say!
















How did that dressing taste? I’ve been searching for a good raw raspberry vinaigrette – it goes soooo good with spinach and walnuts or pecans!
And I wonder if it would work with strawberries?
Yup, it’s as yummy with strawberries!
