Raw pad thai

This must be the best raw pad thai I’ve made. Adapted from RawFu’s Lowanna’s video, this will quell any noodle craving.
Kelp noodles: Soak in water, lemon juice, and soy sauce for at least 30 min
Vegetables: marinate cabbage, carrot, cucumber, basil, garlic, ginger, green onion, red capsicum in shoyu, lemon, and black pepper, for 30 min.

Raw “baileys”

I’m addicted to this malty drink. It’s not chocolatey but definitely in the sweet dessert drinks’ zone.
Recipe:
Nut/seed milk (I like to use pecans and pumpkin seeds but you can choose any mix you want or stick to one seed/nut)

Snack bento

This is a very simple bento I put together as a snack while I was out. The top layer had a fluffy, yummy raw onion dip and baby tomatoes (this is a fave snack of mine). The bottom layer held raw Italian flax crackers and dried papaya sticks.

Blend two mangoes and three fistfuls of parsley with some ice and water — you get a refreshing, addictive green smoothie that keeps your insides singing.

Raw apple cinnamon mini muffins

These are gooey bits of cinnamon-flavoured raw cake. Messy but oh-so-good.
Do freeze them to retain their cake-like texture as they become a bit too liquidy at room temperature due to the apple. Takes an hour in the freezer to get the perfect consistency. Verdict: Ice-cream-like apple cinnamon muffins – heaven!

Raw open onion bread sammie

Yes, I do get moments where un-cooking is a chore. So I dig into my stash of raw breads to make a sandwich.
Today’s sandwich consists of raw onion bread (the best!), avocado, tomato/cucumber salsa with a sprinkle of black pepper.
The onion bread was very dense so two small sandwiches were enough to satisfy me.
