Birthday pressie bento

My raw food lifestyle and bento-making craziness is usually reserved for those online but it was very pleasing when a few offline friends got me this new bento as a birthday present. I like that it’s got a blue theme going on.

Live stir-fry noodle bento

Raw purple ice-cream

You’ll be surprised at the ingredients list as I intended this to be a pink ice-cream and not purple. My guess is when raspberries are oxidized, they turn purple. Fun.

Tomato cups bento

I chopped up some cucumber and scooped out the “brains” of one tomato and drizzled some leftover jalapeno mayo. Absolutely yummy and got this idea from Jonsi & Alex’s raw cooking show.

Almond milk miso soup

When I need an Asian fix, a simple raw soup like this can quell my cravings. You can’t taste the almond aroma so this is truly a savoury meal. As you can see, I love my kelp noodles.
