Raw mint chip cheesecake

Since I went to Café Gratitude, I couldn’t not have bought their raw desserts book, Sweet Gratitude. The first recipe I tried was the Mint Chip Cheesecake.

Café Gratitude: A legend

Leftovers bento

When I made this, I was in such a rush — I was lucky to have sundried tomato pesto pate and marinated vegetables sitting in the fridge when I made this.
