A typical raw breakfast

Hey guys, I’ll like to say I’m enjoying reading your comments here and Vegan Mofo is a totally great way to meet new veggie friends online plus I am loving all the vegan porn everyone is posting…

I did a post on a typical raw lunch here, so I thought why not show you guys what a typical raw breakfast is like for me.

I usually try to start my day with a green juice like this. This one has apple, kiwi, lemon, celery, spinach (a whole bag!), and broccoli sprouts. Then I mix in a heaping tablespoon of Amazing Grass Superfood Orange Creamsicle Flavour… It tastes waaaay better than straight wheatgrass powder.

Wow, look at how much stuff is in this powder…

The non-raw fiance bought this because the sales assistant at a Whole Foods in LA convinced him that this was worth trying. And it was! Will definitely buy this again…

I sometimes just use half an apple for my juice, so I slice up the other half and smear almond butter on it…mmmm….such a raw classic…

A juice and fruit usually has me reaching for breakfast #2 a little more than an hour later…

This is chia pudding with my new Superfood Cereal in acai and blueberry flavour. To be honest, it looks like dried dog food to me…The purple tinge makes it look like it…

It tasted alright. I prefer Go Raw cereals because they have simpler flavours. I feel like the Superfood Cereal has a lot going on but I may try the other flavours to compare.

This type of big breakfast usually lasts me till 2-3pm in the afternoon if I start at 830-9am.
