Hi, I’m Yu Ming and I’m into raw foods and bento-making. I live in Tokyo where most people take the train and move around on foot. I don’t have a cooler and a car to keep an abundant supply of raw food when I’m out and about, so I pack my lunches and snacks in bento boxes, a Japanesey way of keeping healthy and saving some money.
A good bento achieves a combination of amazing flavour, gorgeous presentation, and meeting nutritional needs all in one box, so join me in my journey in mastering the art of bento-making.
