Chinese un-fried rice

I did a similar recipe before where I mixed cauliflower “rice” with veggies, but this time I marinated all the veggies and then used the leftover sauce to mix in with the “rice”.

Marinated beans, red capsicum, shimeiji mushrooms, cabbage in shoyu, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, lemon juice and white onions for two hours.

The end result was very tasty, esp the red capsicum.
