		<description>Hi J&amp;J, I&#039;m not really sure about raw buckwheat but I think it makes sense to sprout them. I have only ever bought ready-made raw buckwheat cereal and they do look sprouted and it says so on the packaging. I have a pack of unsprouted raw buckwheat which I will attempt to sprout. I think it&#039;s quite easily available in places like Whole Foods ;-)</description>

		<description>yay you finally post again! Yes I&#039;ve been doing raw until dinner too. But if I feel like eating something cooked I do it. It&#039;s important to incorporate warm and cold foods I find it aids in digestion too. I&#039;ve yet to try raw buckwheat, is it fairly common to buy? Do I have to sprout it? I think I had it in a bar once, it was crunchy and yummy, a rarity in the raw world lol.</description>
