		<description>If that&#039;s your &quot;bad&quot; habit I wouldn&#039;t be to worried. I tend to eat much worse things when I am too busy (or like this month, haven&#039;t had a kitchen). When i need comfort however i tend to crave bananas and nuts - I often make a pudding of soaked cashews, banana, stevia and cinnamon. I also make a banana, almond, cinnamon smoothie.  And if you were wondering, yes I love cinnamon haha!</description>
