I tend to put the leftover seeded centres into my green juices :) My raw life has been made so much easier since I got this spiral slicer. I'm kicking myself for not getting it earlier!! This 'pasta' looks amazing too -- that sauce looks very creamy and the addition of fresh basil probably makes it taste WOW!
