Mock salmon nori rolls

Be warned: very filling gorgeous lunch.

Raw mock salmon pate:
1 cup soaked almonds
4 pieces of soaked sundried tomatoes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbs shoyu
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup water

You should get a chunky paste but if you want yours smoother, stick all this stuff into a blender. I wrapped broccoli sprouts, cucumber, carrot and spinach leaves in large nori sheets and cut them into bite-sized sushi. Would encourage you to dip the sushi into shoyu and wasabi. Oishikatta!
