Popeye raw soup
Adapted from The Sunny Raw Kitchen, it’s one of those meals where it looks "meh" but it tastes so good.
I skipped the zucchini and replaced miso with shoyu as I don’t really like either in raw soups.
Makes two servings:
1/2 avocado
4 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 cup tomato
1 celery stalk
1 garlic clove
1 green onion
1 tbs lemon juice
Handful parsley
Handful cilantro
1 tsp soy sauce
2 cups water
