If you ever open a restaurant in Tokyo, I'll be so happy! There is a small but thriving raw community here in Tokes, but I think Pure doesn't sell itself to be a raw vegan restaurant in the way that other raw joints do — you guys are more like a place that serves great food and great ambience, so all kinds of folks love going back.
