Raw berry crumble

If you have a weakness for crumbles, this recipe will totally indulge this desire. You don’t need cooked crumbles no more, my friend.

1/2 cup soaked walnuts
1/2 cup soaked almonds
1 tbs raw manuka honey
2 dates
1 tbs cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash of sea salt

Place raspberries, strawberries, blueberries on a serving dish and then layer the raw crumble mixture on top. Stick it in the fridge for an hour so all the flavours can mingle and your crumble will also firm up a little.
