Raw coconut chocolate truffles

They taste like brownie balls, especially after freezing. The BOMB.

1/2 cup soaked walnuts
1/2 cup soaked almonds
1 tbs vanilla essence
3 tbs agave nectar
6 soaked dates
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
Dash of cinnamon

Blend in a food processor till it gets a cake-like consistency. Roll into small balls and coat with dried coconut flakes.
