I would imagine it difficult to grind hazelnuts into a spread... Maybe that's why it's so expensive!

Glad you are enjoying chia puddings!

Oh my goodness!

That looks (and sounds!) so delicious! I've never heard of the product "Rawtella" but have made my own raw chocolate hazelnut spread (tried making it once... not sure if I would make it again with all the effort that went into it and less than satisfactory results). How did they get it to look so creamy?

Your garden looks so beautiful! Makes me want to reconsider what I'm doing to our first garden (which right now is a lop sided rectangle... it only started being built yesterday).

For breakkie
Chia pudding! (thank you so much for this *^_^*)
* organic chia seeds
* organic vanilla hemp malk
* Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein Powder
* Vitamin D drops (it's been almost 7 months of little to no sunshine here. *sigh*)

For lunch (still breakkie time here)
* organic field greens, organic assorted sprouts (alfalfa, fenugreek, broccoli, flax, radish etc.), raspberries topped with thin slices of locally farmed grass-fed/grass-finished ribeye

For dinner
* Wild Pacific Salmon with organic fermented Tamari and herbs and a side of organic greens
* Yesterday's dinner which I'm still thinking about as I eat this scrump chia pudding was Wild Pacific Halibut (tried cooking this at home for the first time) topped with mango salsa, on a bed of quinoa and black beans and a side of candy striped beets... and olives. It's garbage day tomorrow and I have to clean out the fridge :P

It's not typical for me to eat meat daily, or multiple times a day for that matter. I had left overs to use up.

I feel like I did my blog entry for the day already!
