Hehe, I was kind of scared to drink the kefir’s at first because I thought I was doing something wrong, but after watching it grow in the sugar water for awhile I’m ready to give it a try now. Just need to flavor it. Hope you find some near you it was a little rough for me to find this lady.

@Charana: thanks for your suggestions. I have thought about kefir…I’ve seen the kefir lady’s website and it looks like a good idea….but I have to figure out how to pay her because she only takes cash (US Dollars) or a money order….and I don’t live in the US so…I’ll think about it or try to get kefir grains from elsewhere…

Oh! and there also seems to be good benefits from the kefirs too other than helps with your intestines to digest, and because of good digestion it leads to lots of good benefits.. if there is something that you have that you will notice when it helps it. Same for the adya.

Hi! I read in two post ago that you weren’t feeling good and then you just mentioned Matt Monarch on this post and it reminded me of the Adya clarity that he is selling (Kefirlady (which by the way water kefirs are also very good for you.. give your intestines all the bacterial and yeast it needs to help it digest food and protect it from .. bad things. The ‘real’ kefirs are better than the ones sold in stores) sells it for cheaper… but you might find a better deal because it’s exported from Japan from what I hear) Matt did a few youtube videos about the adya clarity where in at least two he had people write testimonials about it and he read it out loud (there is also other youtube clips, like one that shows somewhere in Japan clearing a pond). I bought one a couple of weeks ago from the kefirlady and tested it on the water and it does clean it up. I just need to get something to strain the stuff out of the water so that I can drink it regularly. There was a guy on the online that ran simple test he got from a store and noted that it made the water more alkaline. Anyway  I just wanted to share with you this information. Be strong! I’m going to be following in yours and other peoples shoes shortly; I want to eat raw foods too. Good luck and I love reading your blogs! Thank you!

I’d choose Artisana Coconut Butter…also, I panic when I’m running low on almonds, cashews, or dates. Maybe if I had to choose just ONE it would be dates…I’m addicted! (;
