Raw zucchini noodles with tartar sauce

I know it’s a bit weird to have tartar sauce with a zucchini salad but there really is no replacement for fish in the raw vegan world.

On a bed of shredded zucchini, carrot, white mushroom, green chilli, green onion, and cilantro, I poured this lovely yummy raw creamy sauce.

In a blender:
1 cup soaked cashews
Juice of half lemon
Himalayan crystal salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup water

In a food processor:
Cashew cream
1 stalk celery
1/4 white onion
1 tsp capers

What you get is a chunky sauce that is also delicious with veggie sticks and raw crackers.
